Engineering Analytics, Inc., a part of MacKay, is seeking a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Fort Collins, CO team. This role involves designing at various voltages, project management, equipment selection, preparing power systems, conducting arc-flash studies, and controls system design to meet our clients’ expectations and needs. This engineer will be required to travel for approximately 15% of the time. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Perform engineering calculations for low and medium-voltage power distribution and motor control, including: Short circuit current calculations Voltage drop calculations Breaker coordination studies ArcFlash Analysis Technical advisor for electrical and controls design Prepare scope and budgets for proposal Oversee construction projects as the client representative Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals Perform analyses, prepare construction drawings, and write specifications for electrical packages Manages project scope, schedule, and budget Minimum Qualifications: B. S. in Electrical Engineering P. E. license in Colorado is required or the ability to obtain in 90 days At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial and/or commercial design projects Project m
