Professional Engineer (PE) license, Experience in power generation industries, Experience in thermal power plant, Experience in onshore wind, Experience in offshore wind, Experience in solar projects, Experience in battery storage projects
What You'll Do.
Assist in repair of HV systems
Lead engineering upgrades
Lead projects from concept to delivery
Guarantee compliance with standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Review maintenance reports
Extract defects to identify trends
Manage and communicate findings with stakeholders
Facilitate engagement and collaboration
Review engineering specifications
Approve design documents
Assist site teams in identifying alternative parts
Engage with procurement teams
Develop strategies for procuring parts
Ensure continuity of supply
Assist in managing electrical resources
Assist in planning electrical resources
Assist in prioritising electrical resources
Assist in coordinating electrical resources
Mentor junior engineers
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Manage project timelines
Manage project resources
Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Implement corrective actions
Stay current with industry trends
Stay current with new technologies
Stay current with best practices
Prepare engineering reports
Present project updates to stakeholders
Oversee relationships with external contractors
Manage relationships with external contractors
Ensure adherence to project specifications
