We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of integrated electrical systems for a wide range of building projects. This role provides technical leadership across all project phases, mentorship to junior staff, and ownership of project execution while delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. ## How you'll make a difference Lead electrical design for building systems including power, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, security, and communications systems Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and sustainable design solutions Prepare and review reports, calculations, and technical specifications for electrical systems and equipment Manage project deliverables, including oversight of BIM model development, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation Provide design leadership and support during contract administration and construction phases Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved Apply national and local codes and standards to ensure compliant, efficient d
