We welcome candidates with 8-15 years of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment.  ## What You’ll Do Lead design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projects Conducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculations Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Analyze designs to ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standards Stamping engineering drawings. Providing mentorship and leading teams. Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposals ## Must-Haves Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution PE Licensure Minimum 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Passion f
