XP Power is seeking Electrical Engineers at various experience levels to join our Product Development team. Successful candidates will contribute to the design, development, validation, qualification, and lifecycle support of AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion products spanning a broad range of power and voltage levels. Working within a collaborative cross-functional environment, engineers will participate in product development activities from concept definition and architecture selection through design, prototype evaluation, verification, qualification, and production release. The role also includes support for sustaining engineering initiatives such as product enhancements, component obsolescence management, cost reduction projects, and resolution of manufacturing and field-related technical issues. Depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated technical expertise, candidates may be considered for either the Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer level.
