## **Job Description** (This is a hybrid position requiring to be onsite at our Santa Clara location a minimum of 3 days a week). This role provides the opportunity to work across a wide technical spectrum, from low‑noise, low‑level signal measurement to high‑voltage and high‑frequency electronics, including systems that generate and control thousands of volts at GHz‑range frequencies. You will contribute to designs that demand precision, robustness, and system‑level thinking. You will join a collaborative R&D team and contribute to the design, testing, and documentation of electronics that move from concept through production, balancing performance, reliability, cost, and time‑to‑market. **Responsibilities include:** * Designing, implementing, testing, and documenting electronics for analytical instrumentation and accessories. * Developing mixed analog and digital circuits for instrument control, signal processing, and high‑voltage or high‑frequency subsystems. * Collaborating with cross‑functional engineering and scientific teams to resolve technical challenges. * Supporting product development activities including verification, validation, and manufacturing transition. * Managing multiple technical assignments and delivering results in a fast‑paced R&D environment. ## ## **Qualifications** * BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MS preferred. * 5 or more years of experience as an electrical design engineer. * Experience in analog and digital circuit design. * Exposure to low‑level signal design and higher‑voltage and/or higher‑frequency * electronics. * Programming experience (e.g., C/C++, Python, or similar) highly desired. * Experience with schematic capture, PCB/PCA design, and hardware debugging. * Strong communication and documentation skills. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment. * Prior experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, or regulated environments is a plus. **Additional Details*
