What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction project management on construction sites, experience working on data center construction projects, Proven experience managing large, complex electrical systems installations and commissioning processes, Expertise in electrical systems commonly used in data centers, such as HV/MV/LV, substations, switchgear, controls, life safety and energy management systems, Experience with Owner’s Representation and working directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, understanding of electrical design, construction methods, and systems integration, Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, leadership and team management abilities, Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g. , BIM360, Autodesk applications, Primivera P6 etc), Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality, problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively, Client-focused and proactive in identifying and resolving issues

Professional certifications (e. g. , PMP, LEED) are a plus

Provide technical guidance

Manage subcontractors

Supervise construction activities

Oversee commissioning process

Lead electrical system testing

Assist project closeout

Act as client point of contact

Provide advice to client

Identify and manage risks

Ensure quality standards adherence

Review subcontractor invoices

Conduct site safety audits

Monitor progress against schedule
