Brief CC.Talent is seeking an experiencedSenior Electrical Building Services Engineer to support a client in the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical building services projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use, and refurbishment developments. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical building systems, project leadership capabilities, and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the UK market and a strong understanding of UK electrical regulations, sustainability requirements, and industry best practices. About the Client Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organization delivering innovative building services solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. They are committed to sustainability, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality designs that support low-carbon and energy-efficient buildings. The team works collaboratively across multiple disciplines to deliver projects from concept through construction across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use sectors. Responsibilities: * Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems, including LV distribution, small power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, security systems, ICT, access control, and life-safety systems * Prepare and review calculations, schematics, layouts, specifications, and technical reports * Deliver electrical design packages across RIBA Stages 1–6 * Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, structural, and sustainability teams throughout project delivery * Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables * Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders * Present technical solutions, design proposals, and project updates to clients * Integrate energy-efficient lighting, smart controls, EV charging infrastructure, renewable technologies, and low-carbon electri
