Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Senior EHS Specialist :** **Job Summary:** Drive EHS compliance and safety excellence in manufacturing operations with end-to-end governance of facility management vendors and contractor workforce. **Key Deliverables:** * Ensure 100% compliance with statutory EHS norms and ISO 14001/45001 across plant and vendor operations * Lead EHS governance for facility management vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, etc.) * Define and monitor vendor EHS KPIs, SLAs, and audit scorecards * Enforce safety systems: PTW, LOTO, confined space, PPE compliance * Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations including contractor workforce * Drive closure of audit findings and continuous improvement actions * Deliver EHS training and inductions for all vendor staff * Ensure vendor participation in emergency preparedness and mock drills * Track and report vendor safety performance metrics and trends * Strengthen safety culture across employees and contract workforce **Success Measures** * Reduction in contractor-related incidents (TRIR/LTIFR) * 100% vendor compliance and audit readiness * Strong adherence to critical safety processes * Improved vendor EHS performance scores **Experience & Skills** * 8–12 years in manufacturing EHS * Strong expertise in **contractor/vendor safety management** * Certifications: NEBOSH/ISO Lead Auditor preferred * High ownership, audit rigor, and stakeholder influence **Loc
