Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field., Possess a Class A Occupational Safety and Health Management Specialist certificate., Five or more years of EHS work experience., Familiar with Taiwan EHS regulations and compliance requirements., Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation., Excellent communication skills, able to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industries., Possess international EHS management system certifications such as ISO 45001 or ISO 14001., Hold NEBOSH, CSP, or other advanced professional certifications., Experience in implementing EHS digital tools and AI safety solutions., Proficient in data analysis, familiar with EHS performance metrics and reporting., Previous experience working in a multinational corporation or a high-paced operational environment.
What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Taiwan occupational safety and health regulations

Conduct emergency response drills and ensure crisis management plans are kept up-to-date.
Design and deliver EHS training courses for employees at all levels.
Mentor and assist EHS specialists and on-site safety teams.
Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement and recognition programs.
Serve as an expert in the EHS field
fostering knowledge sharing within the organization.
Track and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present EHS performance
