What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15 + years of progressive experience in EDI, B2B integration, and enterprise IT development, 10 + years of experience leading and developing technical teams, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, Deep expertise with EDI platforms and translators, Strong knowledge of EDI, XML, flat file formats, and B2B integration patterns, Proficiency in SQL, Linux scripting, and technical design/code reviews, Experience with AS2, sFTP, VANs, and secure data transport protocols, Working knowledge of API-based integrations, microservices architecture, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems, Proven ability to lead and integrate multi-cultural, multi-skilled internal and external teams, Strong stakeholder, vendor, and trading partner management skills, Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes, Structured thinker with decision-making ability in fast-paced, high-impact environments, High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
Nice to Have
Experience in large‑scale, high‑volume, or distribution‑focused environments, Exposure to AI‑enabled tools, with a willingness to adopt and responsibly leverage AI, Knowledge of IT distribution processes and industry best practices, Mandarin proficiency
