What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience in economy design, data science, or applied economics (ideally in gaming, betting, or similar systems-driven products), analytical and quantitative modelling skills (e. g. simulation, forecasting, or probabilistic systems), Previous experience designing or balancing complex systems (e. g. economies, rewards, marketplaces), A deep understanding of experimentation and data-driven iteration, An ability to combine player intuition with rigorous analysis, Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration, A background in economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field

ensuring all systems remain balanced as the product and systems scale.
