You’ll shape core systems such as XP, rewards, bonuses, and progression loops. Creating experiences that are engaging for users while maintaining long-term economic balance, sustainability, and control, all aligned with business goals. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, data, and economics. You’ll combine player intuition with rigorous modelling to design systems that scale, contributing to the design and balancing of mechanics, applying probabilistic and mathematical modelling. Working closely with Product, Data, and Engineering, you’ll define how systems behave end-to-end, from player actions through to rewards and long-term retention.
