What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), 7+ years of related drainage, stormwater, or transportation design experience, Professional Engineer (PE) license required, Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to storm drain and water quality design related directly to transportation projects, Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and/or Civil 3D, Proven ability to lead design tasks and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams

Nice to Have

Experience with CAD and other software associated with transportation design (Bentley and/or Autodesk), In-depth knowledge of standard DOT/FHWA drainage, hydraulic, and hydrology standards and practices, Experience with SWMM Modeling tools (e. g. , EPA-SWMM, XPSWMM, InfoWorks, PC-SWMM), StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcMap, Significant experience writing and reviewing drainage reports and technical documentation, Demonstrated experience leading drainage design teams and delivering complex drainage design packages
