Must Have
10+ years’ experience in drafting within a consultancy environment, demonstrated knowledge of land development projects, Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant tertiary qualifications, Sound understanding of drafting principles and civil design documentation, Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD / 12D, Experience working within a quality management system, Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, Good written and verbal communication skills

Provide drafting services
Assist in production of schematic drawings
Produce drawings on time
Prepare and review drawings
Present drawings to internal teams
Provide technical drafting input
Provide technical leadership
Mentor drafting staff
Support project documentation
Undertake administrative tasks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Design teams; Present drawings to internal teams, clients and consultants; Work alongside Designers and Engineers; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Communication Scope
Good written and verbal communication skills
Process & Methodology
Coordinate drafters, Oversee drawings
