Full Job Description
As a Documentation Manager, you are an important part of our product management team and help create and standardize our customer and internal documentation. Together with our world-class team, you will play a key role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology. You will work closely with stakeholders from training management, engineering, marketing, and sales to create resources that guide users from beginner to power user. With your focus on customer needs, you will support Quantum Systems' mission to transform decision-making processes through aerial data intelligence. #### What is your Day to Day Mission: * Collaborate closely with training managers, engineers, and sales and marketing teams to create and maintain high-quality training materials, including user manuals, training guides, e-learning modules, and technical documentation. * Design and enhance innovative customer training resources that go beyond traditional formats, such as online videos, interactive demos, and modern learning tools. * Present and communicate training content in a clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate manner to ensure effective knowledge transfer. * Act as an editorial lead to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of all training documentation across Quantum-Systems. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the relevance, clarity, and usability of training materials and guide future training investments. ## Requirements #### #### What you bring to the team: * You have experience in technical writing, training, and/or facilitation, and work on creating documentation for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. * You are familiar with markup languages, comfortable working with command-line tools and editors, and experienced with Git and version control workflows. * If you already have relevant experience in the aerospace/UAV field, that’s a plus. * Your communication skills - spoken, written, and in presentations - are excellent. * Due
