What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ yrs. work experience in either Claims, Transactional Banking (Disputes & Payment Investigations), or a similar operational/analytical, High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail, Good problem-solving and analytical skills, Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team, Fluent English (both verbal and written)
Nice to Have
French (both verbal and written) is a plus, SQL, Python, and experience in chargebacks (advantage), Advanced Excel (advantage)
What You'll Do.
Perform daily operational activities
including monitoring and managing the dispute flow.
Optimize internal dispute management procedures
Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.; Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Communication Scope
Fluent English (both verbal and written); French (both verbal and written)
