If so, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for a proactive **Senior** **Disability Administrator** to join our Windsor team. This is an **office-based position in a facility located in Windsor.** In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our Disability Case Managers, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. **Position Responsibilities:** * Managing and completing daily diary activities with accuracy and timeliness. * Supporting Disability Case Managers with a variety of administrative tasks. * Setting up Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, WSIB, and Life claims within tight deadlines. * Handling requests for file copies and maintaining organized records. * Managing financial tracking, including invoice processing and record keeping. * Preparing and sending professional written communications to stakeholders. * Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, employers, and service providers * Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, including managing a group inbox. **Qualifications:** * At least 2 years of administrative experience – preferred. * Post-secondary education (college or university) – an asset. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel). * A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly. * Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. **When you join our team:** * We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. * We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words. * As part of our global team, we’ll su
