Must Have
extensive experience in trade finance, commercial or corporate banking, proven track record in sales and business development, strategic leader, comfortable leading via matrix environment, geographically dispersed teams and driving transformational change, advanced relationship management skills, ability to develop solutions that meet complex client needs, business and financial acumen, deep understanding of trade finance products, risk management, and market dynamics, collaborative partner, effective communicator, able to influence at all levels, represent CIBC with professionalism and integrity, bring your real self to work, live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability
