Must Have
10–15+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs, 5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above, Deep SaaS Expertise, Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model, Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC) at massive scale, Executive Presence, Exceptional communication skills, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Nice to Have
Master's or MBA, NPI Mastery, Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI), Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, AI Fluency, Foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks, Certified Leadership, Professional Agile Scrum certifications (CSP-SM or CSP-PO)
