Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the architect and lead for the entire NY TSOL team, responsible for the strategy, people, and processes that transition hundreds of graduates annually into high-wage IT and tech-enabled careers. You are a thought leader in the workforce development and tech-staffing space. You don't just react to the market; you anticipate it.
