What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related technical field of study, Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on selling SaaS solutions to the U. S. Air Force, Deep understanding of the defense industry landscape, procurement processes, and acquisition programs, Extensive knowledge of AI technology, data analytics, and their applications within the defense sector, Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers within defense organizations and the U. S. Air Force, Exemplary written and oral communication skills, Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, Analytical skills
Nice to Have
Master’s or MBA degree preferred, Sales consulting or management consulting experience preferred, Experience with and understanding of AI and Machine Learning is highly favorable, Prior service, particularly in operational, procurement, or acquisition roles within the Air Force, is highly preferred, Aviation-related experience and familiarity with Air Force mission sets are advantageous, Candidates with an established network and a track record of engaging Air Force stakeholders will be strongly considered, Veterans and those with a deep understanding of the Air Force’s culture and decision-making processes are encouraged to apply
