About the Role We are hiring a Senior Director, Sourcing to build and scale Nscale’s end-to-end hardware planning, procurement, inventory, and production scheduling capabilities. Reporting to the SVP of Supply Chain, this executive leader will drive operational reliability across all hardware builds, ensure on-time delivery, unify planning processes across sites, and oversee procurement execution across all hardware categories — including expanding management of IT equipment. You will lead a high-performing team of planners, schedulers, buyers, and procurement leaders (6–12 team members), ensuring that the right materials arrive at the right place, at the right time — with appropriate buffers — while enabling rapid company scale.
