What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years’ experience in a related field, Master's degree and 8 years’ experience in a related field, Ph.D. and 5 years’ experience in a related field, 14 years’ experience in a related field, 15+ years of experience in cloud architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical leadership roles, 8+ years of experience leading large, distributed technical teams — including regional or national leadership

Nice to Have

Proven experience working in or with a cloud managed service provider, systems integrator, or large-scale consulting firm, Demonstrated success driving architecture strategy, solution innovation, and technical sales enablement for managed or cloud services offerings

What You'll Do.

Define and execute national Solutions Architecture strategy

Lead and mentor senior Solutions Architecture leaders

Drive alignment between Sales

Engage with enterprise clients at executive level

Serve as executive sponsor for strategic pursuits

Evolve and standardize architecture methodologies

Collaborate with Product and Operations teams

Represent RapidScale's technical vision
