Du berätst das Management unserer Kund:innen bei der Umsetzung digitaler Transformationsprojekte im öffentlichen Sektor und führst ein spezialisiertes Team, das sich auf die Arbeit mit der EU-Kommission und die Akquise entsprechender Projekte konzentriert. Verantworte die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie für das Segment EU-Kommission, identifiziere Wachstumsfelder sowie neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und entwickle langfristig unser Beratungsportfolio durch das Aufsetzen von Transformationsstrategien, Roadmaps und Business Cases weiter Leite und koordiniere Beratungsprojekte für die EU-Kommission, akquiriere neue Aufträge und führe Verhandlungen mit relevanten EU-Institutionen und anderen öffentlichen Stellen Baue belastbare Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern in der EU-Kommission auf und pflege diese nachhaltig Führe und entwickle ein Team, das sich auf die Arbeit mit der EU fokussiert, und gewinne, entwickle und binde nachhaltig Best-In-Class-Talente, um deinen Bereich auszubauen Beobachte und analysiere aktuelle politische und regulatorische Entwicklungen auf EU-Ebene und erkenne proaktiv Trends sowie Veränderungen in EU-Programmen Stelle die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards sowie aller rechtlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben sicher.
