What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related, Minimum 15 years progressive experience in professional services, consulting, or project management, At least 8 years experience in leadership role managing professional services teams, Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software implementations, Financial acumen and experience managing P&L, Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, Experience with project management methodologies, Experience with professional services automation (PSA) tools, Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Deep understanding of financial services or wealth management industry

Lead and scale Professional Services organization
Ensure successful delivery of complex enterprise solutions
Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic vision for Professional Services
Align vision with company objectives and market demands
and grow professional services team
Oversee end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements
Establish and maintain best practices
Ensure consistent quality
Manage P&L for Professional Services division
Achieve revenue and profitability targets
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients
Act as executive escalation point
Act as trusted advisor
Collaborate with sales
Ensure seamless customer experience
Identify new business opportunities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Leverage feedback and industry trends
Negotiate and manage complex professional services contracts
Represent SS&C Technologies at industry events
Represent SS&C Technologies at conferences
Represent SS&C Technologies at customer engagements
