Must Have
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management, A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Work with leaders across the company to find and take advantage of valuable shared services
Delve into microservice and cloud-native architecture to decouple business strategy changes from underlying transaction processing logic
Drive accelerated continuous discovery process that optimizes on user adoption through outcome orientation and empowerment
Deliver value to the Card business and its customers by accelerating innovation and engineer enablement
