## Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, overseeing multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliate programs while ensuring alignment with growth and efficiency goals. Own budget allocation and optimization across all acquisition channels, continuously improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV performance through data-driven decision-making and disciplined spend management. Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and inform executive decision-making. Drive experimentation and testing strategies across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and channel mix to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partner with analytics, creative, product, and finance teams to ensure integrated marketing execution and alignment with broader business priorities. Identify and launch new marketing channels and growth opportunities, leveraging emerging platforms, technologies, and AI-powered solutions to scale acquisition. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing within fast-paced, data-driven environments. 10+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams in complex, multi-channel organizations. Proven expertise managing large-scale marketing budgets with strong command of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and unit economics optimization. Deep experience with major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools including GA4 and related attribution systems. Strong background in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization across digital marketing funnels.
