As Senior Director, People Operations, you will lead and scale the systems, programs, and operational infrastructure that power an exceptional employee experience at Ro. You will oversee the core systems and services foundation of the People function—including HR systems, people analytics, benefits and leave administration, compliance, employee lifecycle operations, and employee services—ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and employee needs. You’ll partner closely with leaders across People, Finance, IT, Legal, and the broader business, serving as both a strategic and operational thought partner. Reporting to the SVP, People, this role will play a critical role in enabling Ro’s continued growth through scalable systems, data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee experience.
