What You'll Do.
Define and lead enterprise strategy for member and
Identify and prioritize target segments
Establish growth objectives
and performance tracking
Define Pension Access & Growth strategy
Enable Business Development with clear priorities
Support advancement of complex or strategic opportunities
Design strategies to increase participation of prospective members
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities within the existing
Enable Regional Services with approaches
Define enterprise approach to engagement with employer executives
Partner with senior leadership and Member & Employer
Ensure consistent articulation of HOOPP’s value proposition
Lead alignment across Business Development
Design and implement coordinated growth initiatives
and accountabilities across teams
Lead and mentor a team of professionals
Set clear objectives and performance expectations
Develop team capability through coaching
Promote consistent messaging and understanding of HOOPP’s strategy
Establish and monitor team performance standards
Ensure delivery of business plan objectives
Monitor growth performance and provide insights

The Senior Director is accountable for setting Pension Access & Growth strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and designing programs that expand pension access and member participation.
