Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Ops, Quality Control, Economics or Finance, 14+ years of related experience, 8-10 years of experience leading managers across multiple departments and functions, bilingual (Korean and English) verbal and written communication skills, Working experience in a matrix organization of Fortune 500 companies, Ability to make decisions, direct, and measure individual/team performance
Nice to Have
Master's degree, 20+ years of relevant experience, Global work experience is a plus, Proficiency in Spanish
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage the Planning team
Manage Warehouse operation team
Oversee 3PLs providing packaging labor
Manage warehouse operation services
Develop and manage daily production plans
Monitor production results/performance daily
Create a 10~12-week weekly production plan
Develop a level-off labor plan
Develop daily goods receipt plans
Develop production plans
Develop ship-out plans
Ensure timely packaging
Ensure appropriate quantities packaging
Ensure precise quality packaging
Manage expanded packaging operations
Integrate manufacturing postponement
Lead bulk device warehouse operations
Lead packaging material warehouse operations
Manage inventory (goods receipt)
Manage inventory (storage)
Manage inventory (transfer)
Make daily production plan decisions
Make weekly production plan decisions
Determine necessity of weekend operations
Determine necessity of daily overtime operations

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with HQ GMC; Collaborate with HQ GOC; Collaborate with SEA Sales teams; Collaborate with SCM teams; Collaborate with Logistics teams
