Must Have
BAS required, 10+ years experience in commercial or medical functions, 5+ years experience in training leadership, Proven track record of collaborating with leadership team, Ability to work in fast-paced environment, Ability to meet short deadlines, Ability to collaborate with cross-matrix teams, Ability to collaborate with affiliate stakeholders, Commitment to comply with all laws and regulations
Nice to Have
Advanced degree preferred, Field sales experience a plus, Experience in field team training preferred
What You'll Do.
Establish industry-best training department
Oversee learning needs assessment
Lead definition and implementation of learning mix
Lead creation and standardization of Launch Excellence models
Oversee development and facilitation of workshops
Ensure strategic utilization of resources
Participate in annual business planning process
Lead resource allocation and budgeting
Contribute to implementation of training curriculum
Develop and establish training initiatives
Partner with Marketing
Partner with Market Access
Partner with Medical Affairs
Partner with Clinical Development
Identify knowledge gaps
Address knowledge gaps
Collaborate with corporate/global learning partners
Leverage resources collectively
Ensure training initiatives are effective
Ensure training initiatives are compliant
