Must Have
10+ years of experience in Product Management, 5+ years in leadership roles managing Product Managers, Experience in HR tech, EoR, payroll, compliance, or complex B2B SaaS environments, Proven ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy tied to business and customer outcomes, Systems-thinking mindset with experience translating complex regulatory or operational requirements into scalable product solutions, Demonstrated success leading multi-team product organizations in high-growth or scale-up environments, Excellent leadership skills with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing product talent, Product discovery and problem-framing skills, Highly data-driven with analytical skills and comfort making decisions based on metrics and insights, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to influence at executive level
