## Accountabilities Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and performance for the Employer of Record platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable customer outcomes. Lead and scale multiple Product Managers, setting high standards for product discovery, execution, and delivery quality. Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, success metrics, and scalable execution plans across multiple product domains. Drive prioritization across competing initiatives including new features, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and platform improvements. Lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives requiring alignment across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure the product supports broader business goals, including growth, efficiency, and margin improvement. Use data, insights, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and continuously improve product outcomes. Foster an AI-first, high-performance product culture focused on speed, scalability, and operational excellence. Represent the product domain at executive level, clearly communicating strategy, trade-offs, risks, and impact. Build and develop a high-performing, remote-first product organization and contribute to broader product best practices.
