Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Business Management, or a related field, Proven expertise in estimating, cost control, procurement strategy, scheduling, and design coordination at a portfolio or enterprise level, understanding of contract law, project accounting, and the full development lifecycle, Executive-level communication and presentation skills, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining strategic focus and financial rigor
