Must Have

10+ years of progressive People/HR experience, Proven experience leading an HR/People team in a high-growth SaaS company, Employee relations, Compliance, Benefits, Compensation, Performance management, HR operations, Compensation benchmarking, Leveling, Benefits program design, HCM/HRIS platforms, Data integrity, Reporting, AI tools, Multi-state workforce management, Proven experience leading a team of 4-5 direct reports, Proven experience operating independently, Anticipate business needs, Designing scalable solutions

Nice to Have

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, Rippling, International exposure
