Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication strategies across email, SMS, and web channels to support engagement, growth, and organizational impact goals. Create integrated, multi-channel communication plans that deliver consistent messaging and strengthen audience relationships over time. Establish best practices for cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across digital, social, and advertising initiatives. Partner with analytics teams to implement tracking frameworks, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights. Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Represent the organization in external industry and advocacy communities, sharing knowledge and identifying emerging trends. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital strategists while managing resources, budgets, and team priorities. Evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs and establish processes for measuring engagement, impact, and organizational outcomes. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in digital communications, digital strategy, or audience engagement roles. 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and foster collaboration. 5+ years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, nonprofit, political, or mission-driven organizations. Proven ability to create compelling communication strategies that engage large online audiences and drive measurable results. Strong expertise in email marketing, SMS communications, web engagement, and audience development strategies. Experience implementing analytics and tracking systems to support data-driven decision-making. Excellent storytelling, editing, and content strategy skills, with a strong understanding of brand voice and narrative development.
