**Job title:** Senior Director Media Strategy and Commercial Engagement **Location:** Cambridge, MA **About the job** Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. The Media Strategy & Commercial Engagement will lead the strategic design and evolution of next-generation media and engagement capabilities across the Specialty Care portfolio in North America. Reporting to the Head of Specialty Care Strategy and Operations, North America this role will define the strategic pathway that enables the organization to evolve from today’s traditional media operating model toward a future shaped by integrated customer intelligence, data-driven decision making, AI-enabled capabilities, and a modern partner ecosystem. This role combines strategic architecture, ecosystem development, and enterprise leadership, ensuring that emerging capabilities translate into scalable ways of working across the organization while enabling Specialty Care to continuously evolve how it engages healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
