What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12–15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, marketing operations, marcom operations, or agency operations, Proven experience leading shared services or centralized teams in a complex organization, Operator mindset: planning, prioritization, process design, and execution rigor, Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment, Credible partner to senior leaders comfortable setting boundaries, making trade-offs, and driving change
Nice to Have
Experience in business-to-business, automotive, insurance, insuretech and/or SaaS preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred, Experience supporting brand, creative, digital, and/or communications teams strongly preferred
