10+ years HR leadership experience, Direct HR and Talent Acquisition accountability, Led HR/recruiting teams, Strategic partner to C-suite, Deep expertise HRBP operating models, Deep expertise talent acquisition, Knowledge of HR/TA technology stacks, Working knowledge US employment law
Nice to Have
Workday experience a plus

Advise CPO and executive team
Translate business strategy to people strategies
Champion HR and TA as business drivers
Act as senior sponsor for DEIB
Lead and coach HR team
Evolve HRBP operating model
Set direction across org design
Invest in HR tools and data
Drive culture and engagement initiatives
Ensure operational discipline and compliance
Lead and coach Recruiting team
Strengthen talent acquisition operating model
Build proactive sourcing capability
Steward employer brand
Support recruiters in consulting
Determine in-house/contract/agency capacity
Foster accountability and continuous improvement
Understand team strengths and goals
Establish operating cadence and KPIs
