What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in complex B2B services environments, including senior leadership in growth or business development roles, Direct experience selling facility services, real estate services, or outsourced operations to multi-site clients, A proven track record of closing large, multi-location contracts (often $5M+ annually), Deep experience in solution-based selling, with the ability to move beyond transactional approaches, Financial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, and margin management, Experience working with hybrid delivery models, including self-perform and vendor networks, A leadership style focused on coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams, The ability to translate operational complexity into clear, scalable service models, Collaboration skills, working across sales, operations, and delivery functions, A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
