Must Have
Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field. 15+ years of progressive experience, including at least 10 years in senior cross-functional leadership, strategy, or operational roles. Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Deputy Director, or equivalent integrative leadership role in complex, multi-regional organizations. background working across international contexts, ideally across the Americas, Africa, and/or Asia within NGOs or sustainability-focused environments. Experience connecting program strategy with funding and donor engagement cycles in resource-driven environments.

What You'll Do.
