ensure consistent, quality solar-tracking projects for customers worldwide; overall customer experience during commissioning and post project execution; align customer outcomes with company strategy and financial goals; promote a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused culture; establish a consistent organizational structure and operating model; driving timely, transparent, and high-quality resolution; balance customer relationships with protection of company margin; ensure contractual, financial, and commercial alignment; position Customer Success & Services as a revenue-generating function

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary, and post-sales, services, or customer success teams., Demonstrated accountability for revenue-adjacent and risk-related metrics (warranty reserves, LDs, back-charges, change orders)., 8+ years of experience of managing utility-scale renewable energy projects, Experienced Project Management skills with multi-million-dollar portfolios, business and commercial acumen and negotiation skills., Experience working cross-functionally with SalesD, Project Management, Integrated Supply Chain, Reliability, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and IT., Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders and key customers.

Nice to Have

Recommended Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related major.

What You'll Do.

Champion customer voice

Serve as senior global point of escalation

Oversee structured case management

Facilitate meetings on escalations

Own and manage warranty reserve budget

Lead negotiation of claims

Collaborate on warranty claims

Own aftermarket sales targets

Build and optimize services portfolio

Identify and execute upsell opportunities

Design and improve global processes

Partner to align service delivery

Act as bridge between departments

Provide updates to executive team

Support strategic account planning

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partnering with project management during project execution; Partnering closely with Commercial, Reliability, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Project Management; Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Accounting on warranty claims; Partner with Integrated Supply Chain to align service delivery and spare parts availability; Act as the bridge between Commercial, Engineering, Reliability, Services, Finance and Integrated Supply Chain

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders and key customers.

Process & Methodology

Experienced Project Management skills with multi-million-dollar portfolios
