The **Senior Director, Global Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain Sustainability** serves as a senior leader and subject matter authority on human rights and environmental risk across the global supply chain. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, this role is accountable for the design and execution of human rights and environmental due diligence frameworks, including the identification, escalation, and remediation of complex risks. This leader plays a critical role in protecting workers, ecosystems, and enterprise reputation by ensuring that high-risk issues are surfaced early, addressed with rigor, and resolved in alignment with company values and evolving regulatory expectations. **About the Job** **Key Results** * Critical human rights and environmental risks are identified, escalated, and remediated with urgency and rigor * Effective global human rights and environmental due diligence frameworks are implemented and continuously strengthened * Strong, credible grievance and remediation outcomes, including resolution of complex and high-risk cases * Regulatory readiness across global human rights and environmental requirements, with defensible and audit-ready processes * Consistent enforcement of responsible sourcing standards across all sourcing regions and supplier tiers * High-performing, engaged global team with deep subject matter expertise * Strong supplier accountability, including measurable improvement in compliance and risk reduction * Budget adherence and operational effectiveness **Key Responsibilities** **1\.
