Must Have
12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including experience in global, matrixed organizations., Proven ability to lead integrated marketing functions spanning communications, digital marketing, creative, campaign execution, and customer or segment marketing., Demonstrated track record of driving commercial outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies, demand generation, and measurable campaign performance., Experience building, scaling, or evolving global marketing operating models, processes, governance, and performance measurement frameworks., Exceptional leadership, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B, regulated, or science-based industries preferred, such as food, animal health, diagnostics, life sciences, or related sectors.
