What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience, fund-level accounting and reporting, complex fund structures and consolidations, 5+ years experience managing and coaching high performing teams, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline, Deep understanding of complex accounting transactions, private equity investment structures, reporting requirements for private equity funds, Solid knowledge of waterfall, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital call calculations
