Must Have
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related, Experience managing facilities budgets, Experience managing multiple workstreams, Experience managing external contractors, Technical knowledge of GMP engineering systems, Understanding of UK/EU health, safety, and environmental legislation, In-depth knowledge of GMP regulatory frameworks, Working knowledge of sterility assurance principles

What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end design and construction
Partner with architects and contractors
Oversee development of engineering deliverables
Ensure facility design meets regulatory requirements
Manage installation and commissioning of systems
Oversee contractor qualification and performance
Lead installation and commissioning into operation
Provide engineering leadership to strategy
Establish and own maintenance program
Ensure continuous facility compliance
Maintain facility-related SOPs
Serve as primary contact for inspections
Own engineering response to excursions
Develop and oversee continuous improvement
Provide senior oversight for operations
Set strategic framework for compliance
Own strategic vendor relationships
Lead capital projects for spaces
Ensure integration between programmes
Line manage and develop team
Conduct performance reviews
Support professional development
Manage facilities and engineering budget
Represent function at leadership level
Champion continuous improvement initiatives
