We’re looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Risk to lead and evolve Affirm’s enterprise risk management programs. This leader will be responsible for driving a cohesive, forward-looking risk strategy, strengthening our risk frameworks, enhancing enterprise risk insights, and enabling the business to make informed, risk-aware decisions. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that works closely with a wide range of partners including Product, Engineering, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing a strong enterprise risk perspective and helping the company balance sound risk discipline with Affirm’s culture of innovation and growth.
