Identify and automate high-friction workflows

Embed AI to simplify and automate planning
and performance reviews
Rewire key performance analytics (commercial
market access) with standardized datasets
highly visual dashboards
and AI-enabled automation and analytics to accelerate decision-making
Define and execute the upskilling agenda for International — building AI literacy
and digital ways-of-working across functions
Partner with Global GIBEX
AXIAL and other enterprise programs to ensure International priorities are represented
while partnering to adapt global capabilities to local market realities
