Location Details: United States, Remote At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. Join our team At GoDaddy, we are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead Internal and External Developer Platform and Experiences at GoDaddy — a strategic leadership role responsible for transforming how 2,000+ engineers and an even larger builder community build, test, integrate, ship, and operate software in the era of AI and Agentic systems! This role will help define the future of GoDaddy’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), developer ecosystem, and platform strategy by reimagining how developers leverage AI, automation, and intelligent systems to accelerate innovation, improve reliability, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. As a senior technology leader, you will join forces with the Engineering Leadership Team (ELT), Architecture teams, Product leaders, and several partners. Your role will be to develop the company’s technical direction and guide important technology decisions at the enterprise level. What you'll get to do...
